Dr. Rose has served as President and CEO of Rays since its inception in 2005. His scientific background includes a physics B.S. from Bucknell University, a Ph.D. in physics from Texas A&M, university physics teaching of Electricity and Magnetism, General Physics, and Astronomy, and defense research for the US Army. His medical background includes medical school at UTMB, radiology residency at the Baylor University Medical Center, and an MRI fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. He has presented research at Physics and Medical conferences and has published work in the fields of solid state theory, laser theory, mammography, teleradiology, and Magnetic Resonance Elastography. Dr. Rose holds medical technology patents and also has patents pending. He is the chief architect of the RaysTracker®(RIS). Dr. Rose has been in private radiology practice since 1998 and serves as one of the interpreting radiologists for Rays.

Dr. Rowland has been a diagnostic radiologist with Rays since 2008 and was appointed Vice President, Medical Services in 2012 after separating from active duty in the US Air Force.  Dr. Rowland is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with special interests in body imaging, women’s imaging, and Cardiac imaging.  Dr. Rowland majored in chemistry as an undergraduate, followed by two Masters degrees from Baylor University in Divinity and Biomedical Studies.  After completing medical school at Baylor College of Medicine, and a general surgery internship at Baylor University Medical Center, Dr. Rowland completed his residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.

Ted Tzeng has served as Vice President, Technology for Rays since 2009 and has over 17 years of experience building and delivering technology solutions with emphasis on business process management and workflow systems. His development expertise is complemented by his extensive experience architecting and managing high availability production environments. Prior to joining Rays, Mr. Tzeng served as Chief Technology Officer for technology startups including SpireMedia and AccuPost Corporation, which was successfully acquired by TransUnion Settlement Solutions. Mr. Tzeng received his B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.

Denise Pforr joined Rays as Vice President of Operations and Business Development in November 2011. Ms. Pforr comes to Rays with over 17 years of experience building and streamlining operations. Her experience includes over six years in teleradiology where she was instrumental in building and establishing the operational foundations of a large teleradiology company. This was accomplished during the start-up and high growth phase of the industry. In addition, Ms. Pforr has served in an operational role in companies that provide technology solutions to multiple industries. Prior to joining Rays, Ms. Pforr served as Manager of IT Business Systems at Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel. Ms. Pforr received her B.S. in Management from St. Cloud State University and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Season comes to Rays with a background in finance, accounting, corporate taxation, forensic accounting, and litigation support. Her career started in the public accounting arena in corporate taxation with Arthur Andersen, then moved into forensic accounting and litigation support with Grant Thornton. Ms. Williams left public accounting after more than six years and went into private industry. Her various industry experiences include restaurants, private equity, real estate and mortgage. Ms. Williams is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting from New Mexico State University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of New Mexico.
